You're pathetic. I've not even commented on this topic and you're attempting to ascribe an opinion to me. Why not wait until I've weighed in before you spout off?
BTW, it doesn't take a law degree to see how ill conceived and naive you theory is. What judge is going to sign a wiretap order of this magnitude and which would be subject to this level of scrutiny without mountains of probable cause? None.
My best guess is that this is yet another Trump conspiracy theory spurred by a desire to misdirect a nation from issues within his administration.
And like LG said, if a judge ordered a wiretap on a presidential candidate it would be very bad.
That's different than what we're talking about. That law states that as long as one party on the phone knows that the conversation is being recorded then the recording is legal. In many states, Florida included, both parties to conversation must know the conversation is being recorded for it to be legal. This law has nothing to do with a wiretap recording all conversations with neither party knowing that the line is tapped.
I have to laugh every time I see "it takes a judge" to approve wiretapping for it to happen. Legally, yes. Otherwise, no.
Not saying the wiretap happened, but, could it have without a judges approval? What do you all think?
Who said neither party knew? Who said it was the "feds"? Lots of assumptions there.
When The President of the United States accuses someone, in no uncertain terms, of the crime of wiretapping him, and absolutely no one takes him seriously it can only mean his credibility is now zero.
