ObamaGate

You're pathetic. I've not even commented on this topic and you're attempting to ascribe an opinion to me. Why not wait until I've weighed in before you spout off?

BTW, it doesn't take a law degree to see how ill conceived and naive you theory is. What judge is going to sign a wiretap order of this magnitude and which would be subject to this level of scrutiny without mountains of probable cause? None.

My best guess is that this is yet another Trump conspiracy theory spurred by a desire to misdirect a nation from issues within his administration.

And like LG said, if a judge ordered a wiretap on a presidential candidate it would be very bad.

Lol, tums... Rekt.

That's different than what we're talking about. That law states that as long as one party on the phone knows that the conversation is being recorded then the recording is legal. In many states, Florida included, both parties to conversation must know the conversation is being recorded for it to be legal. This law has nothing to do with a wiretap recording all conversations with neither party knowing that the line is tapped.

Fake news..... is that how this works, I mean you dip****s eat it up when Trumplethinskin says it

Did you even read the post. The precedent has been clearly been set by the former administration. It simply calls for an investigation on the allegations.

Who said neither party knew? Who said it was the "feds"? Lots of assumptions there.

I have to laugh every time I see "it takes a judge" to approve wiretapping for it to happen. Legally, yes. Otherwise, no.

Not saying the wiretap happened, but, could it have without a judges approval? What do you all think?

That is a possibility, but I consider it unlikely that an outgoing president would do something like that knowing that it was a possibility that the person being surveilled could become president with access to the information that goes with that position

So Trump camp was running off at the mouth when talking to Obama? Or are you implying that Obama told all Trump enemies, Trump then said incriminating things to said enemies and finally that Obama relied upon all these people to keep their mouth shut?

Or are you accusing the president of hiring thugs to bug Trump without a scintilla of proof?

When The President of the United States accuses someone, in no uncertain terms, of the crime of wiretapping him, and absolutely no one takes him seriously it can only mean his credibility is now zero.

I would guess that he was bugged and has know this for awhile (not proven yet) and using the Breitbart story to rally his base to his defense, but it was not because of any action by Obama IMO.

The problem with the leftists is that they thought they had the election won, and spiked the football on the one yard line. It is killing them.

I didn't ascribe an opinion, I made fun of you as a fellow lawyer. Hot damn take a joke son! I've got you on the edge of your seat ready to jump up. Lol

Sit boy, sit.

Imagine the meltdown if Obama had discovered that Bush had tapped his HQ prior to the election in 2008. . .

Indeed. And acting like it can't or won't happen because it takes a lot "legally" for it to happen is hilarious.
