I have no idea about that . I don’t think anyone with a brain believes Obama and that den of vipers working under his administration was clean ( Kerry, Brennan , Clapper, Comey , Biden , Rice ) that’s why I said he’s probably better off staying quiet .

You are correct, nothing is going to happen to Obama and Biden, probably nothing will happen to Comey or Clapper. Some lower level flunky will get it in the neck just like the Muells "investigation".

What would you call it if no high ranking politician ever is punished for their actions if it’s not the “ deep state “ ? Ollie North says hold my beer while I explain how it all works . 😉

Of course it happened, there's no other reason why they wanted him put in prison. The note Rice made right before President Trump was inaugurated tells me they knew damn well they were likely going to get busted one day

That's not the deep state. That's an outright pardon by Ronald Reagan. Yes, if you're pardoned for your crimes, you will go free.

Well then that day is coming, right? Flynn is going to be free, one way or another. The POTUS is ranting about it. Let me know when this becomes more than a Republican talking point.

On a slightly related note have any of you seen some of John Podesta's leaked emails from a few years ago. It seems pretty apparent that he's using code words in a couple of them. I'm biased because I hate the man. But it could have sinister implications if genuine

North took the fall for a President and a VP then was pardoned and has since had a very nice career, Nixon got caught in what we considered the worst political scandal ever, left office then was pardoned .. but there’s no “deep state “?
