Could "Fast and Furious" eventually become President Obama's Watergate? – Cafferty File - CNN.com Blogs

In light of the botched operation and what some see as the Justice Department's botched response, dozens of leaders are calling for holder to resign. More than 75 House members have signed a resolution expressing "no confidence" in his leadership.
------------------------------

Holder played the race card in an interview with the New York Times. He said some of his critics are motivated by racism, since both he and President Obama are black.

Here's my question to you: Could "Fast and Furious" eventually become President Obama's Watergate?

I REALLY, REALLY like that he put CNN in the thread title.

Look, guys! I finally posted something from a website that isn't sponsored by Pamela Gellar, the EDL, or Hope n Change!

MEMORANDUM TO: Special Agent in Charge, Dallas Field Division

THRU: Resident Agent in Charge , Lubbock Field Office

FROM: Gary M. Styers, Special Agent, Lubbock Field Office

SUBJECT: Contact with Congressional Investigators
-----------------------

Special Agent Styers was then asked about his general impression of the Fast and Furious case. Special Agent Styers stated that the case had systematically divided and isolated agents from the group. The case agent had solicited the advice of numerous experienced agents, inclucding Special Agent Styers, regarding how to conduct and end the wiretap operations and case overall. Special Agent Styers gave the case agent his honest opinion and advice since Special Agent Styers had worked two wiretap investigations in his career. Special Agent Styers felt that his advice and opinions, as well as other agents' advice and opinions were widely disregarded. Along with other agents within the group, Special Agent Styers explained that he was no longer asked to assist with Fast and Furious and concentrated on his assigned cases and provided necessary assistance to fellow agents within the detail and group.
---------------------------

Special Agent Styers explained that first and foremost, it is unheard of to have an active wiretap investigation without full time dedicated surveillance units on the ground. Special Agent Styers relayed that no agents in the group were assigned to surveillance on the Fast and Furious case.
-----------------

Secondly, Special Agent Styers said that it appeared odd to have a majority of ATF Agents working on a wiretap investigation, who had never worked such a case. Especially, when numerous, permanent Group VII agents and detailers had previous wiretap experience.

Now, 91 congressmen have ‘no confidence’ in Holder or believe he should quit « » Print The Daily Caller

The resolution declares that “through Attorney General Holder’s office” the Department of Justice “initially provided false information to Congress,” “retaliated” against whistle-blowers who provided Congress with information and “redacted key information.”
--------------------

With Gosar, the lead sponsor on House Resolution 490, there are 81 members of Congress who no longer trust Holder in his office because of Fast and Furious. Additionally, 62* congressmen have demanded that Holder resign over the gun walking scandal. Between the two lists, which don’t perfectly overlap, there are 90 members of the House who don’t approve of Holder’s performance.

Those 62 congressmen join two senators, Republican Sens. James Inhofe of Oklahoma and Johnny Isakson of Georgia, every major Republican presidential candidate and two sitting governors in demanding that Holder resign.

Yeah, I'M the one whining all the time... you turbanphobic geezer, you.

My turban outrank your turban whippersnapper.

Before coninuing to defend Islam, be sure to know who and what you defend.

"At the Massacre of Banu Quraiza, Prophet Muhammad personally assisted in the beheading of 600 to 900 Jewish men and in order to distinguish young Jewish boys from young Jewish men ordered their pants pulled down and groin area inspected for pubic hairs by his SS known as – the Companions. Those boys with the slightest growth of hair were dragged away naked and beheaded. The Jewish women were raped and those not made sex slaves sold along with their children into slavery."

Those of you that think Islam is just another religiong - no less or more great moral and great than Christianity or any other religion. consider the nature of it's leaders. Would you ever consider a religion evil or immoral? or, all religions are okay no-matter what they believe or do? So, if there was a religion that torched and murdered 10,000 innocent children every day as a sacrifice to their god, would that religion be okay? Should such a religion be protected and beyond reproach? If you have no boundary as to what you will accept as a legitimate religion and moral activity, then you must yourself be immoral. But, if you do have a limit as to what you will accept as moral and religious activity, then I propose you look at the actions of Islam's leaders and practitioners to make sure it doesn't cross the boundaries: I suspect, for most, an honest look at the nature and actions of Muslims will fall way outside all minimums of morality that even the most questionable religions should fall within.

Why don't you and Kiffinkiller actually put YOUR hypocritical hatred for all things conservative away and use that supposed open mind to argue his point(s) and not just to unsuccessfully & pathetically attack the op. your hatred / bias against conservatives makes you impotent from challenging his valid argument which allows him to win said argument with facts and make you appear as an obstinate child spewing out insults without a shred of evidence to prove your whiny, hatefield , predictable, bias so-called points. be a grownup and debate him on facts.....if you can.

KK trolls both sides equally.
DinkinFlicka doesn't hate on conservatives. He just calls out people out on BS regardless of political affiliation.

Refer to KK's response.

I respond to *****ing from both parties (this is a conservative board, though) with something I like to call counter*****ing.

I can't stand whining. Sarcasm makes the agony go away for a precious, few seconds.

Stinky Dinky calls BS on everything he disagrees with but then never produces any evidence that he is even close to right about the topic other than he may be more politically correct than others.

Areyouserious?

Evidently so, and that's sad really, he isn't exactly what you would call a dumb bunny, but then he really loves his carrots and peas.

Let's say he is smarter than the average harebrain.

How far Barack Obama and Eric Holder have subverted American freedoms « Coach is Right

We know that Eric Holder is a liar and a criminal facilitator based on what we have learned about his conduct in the Fast and Furious crimes.

We are now finding out Holder has been a Democrat “cleaner” and cover up artist for as far back as the Oklahoma City bombing and maybe Waco and Ruby Ridge as well. Holder is a despicable excuse for a human being and that is why Obama appointed him.

We should have recognized this lowlife’s traits when he not only refused to prosecute “his people” the armed Black Panthers who intimidated Whites attempting to vote, but hounded and harassed any of his deputies who attempted to bring them to justice.

This criminal posing as our Attorney General and his equally anti American boss in the White House have succeeded in turning the purpose of the Department of Justice (DoJ) 180 degrees away from its original mission.
--------------------------------------

Is it hard to believe what we are now finding out about Holder’s role in the Oklahoma City murder of 168 people?

Turning things upside down is, after all, the mark of the Great Deceiver.

You ever think that some of the time his positions are intuitive and shouldn't require researching evidence to support what should be intuitively obvious to most people who think rationally?

Intuitively obvious that he is about as rational as your average bag of popcorn.

A thouroughly brainwashed individual incapable of thinking for himself.

Maybe he would care to explain why the media is almost totally ignoring this whole issue?

Perhaps anyone can explain why most of you ignore the topic and instead attempt to malign my character to avoid discussing the issue?

Because, in your own world, you are incapable of being wrong. I've had friendly debates, heated arguments, and civil discussions, and I know when someone's not worth having any of those with. I've literally nothing to gain from a serious exchange with you.

However, making fun of you is good sport. Ask the other 20+ posters who do it on a regular basis.

If I don't think for myself, who does my thinking for me? Do you even know where I politically align myself? Do you really know anything about the subjects of which you speak?
