Notice of appeal, duh, eventually cross-appeal. The schools might want to consider the result of all these litigation going on. If they don't have a plan B, they might want to consider looking into it.
Eventually, my belief is players will be able to go where they want and be paid either by the school or 3rd parties, the schools will have limited or no ability to stop anything. I would further anticipate that some players will have to be paid under State law depending on the circumstance, schools will have to adjust their programs to avoid labor laws.
