How about everybody receiving UE, disability, food stamps, free healthcare, etc be subject to random drug screens once a month and if they fail they are shut off? While I agree the program should be there for the people who NEED it but it is helping more that don't need it than do IMO.

They shouldn't be allowed to vote either.
