yes and you lost to UCLA. glass houses.

I never claimed that the Big 12 and SEC were over rated as you did. Coming from a Cal fan who is OVERRATED every year I thought that was funny.

I fail to see where our loss to UCLA fits in but please try and explain. And as JZ said, everyone knows we were terrible this year.

pitt almost won the big east and oregon state was without their two best offensive players. i'd say it said something.

Tenn is overrated every year as well. That is my point.

And Vandy who couldn't beat a bad UT team beat BC which tied for first in the Atlantic Division of the ACC.

So what's your excuse about the Cal Bears who struggled with a mediocre Miami team without a bunch of starters? What does that say?

Yeah, it says that Bowling Green beat Pittsburgh (at Pitt) with greater ease than Oregon State.

i don't have a big beef with oklahoma. their resume is good. florida hasn't beaten anyone and losing to ole miss at home is worse than losing to oregon state on the road.
Oh yeah, those Big 12 teams have looked great in the bowls.

I wish you were kidding.

Not to say that the PAC-10 is anything good, which I think USC is the only exception, but you have to see that his argument about Florida beating anyone good is pretty high. The sec had a horrible year, no one even gave either Bama or Florida a race for the SEC championship. But my question for him would be what team has played a bunch of somebody's this year?

I imagine that'll be droski's reason that the Gators pound the Sooners tonight, too.
Actually, given his other posts on the subject, it'll probably just be some garbage about OU "playing a bad game" or "bad officiating" that leads to their loss.

Every Pac Ten team, of course.

Did Florida beat anyone good? Yes. Did they beat anyone great? No.

OU isn't that great either. the big-12 has stunk it up. but it is better than the SEC.

I don't think there is any prayer that the Big 12 could play with the SEC, top to bottom, top to top or any other way you could devise.

Neither conference was great, but the big 12 is a total fraud.

Serious question, over that time has there been a Pac Ten team other than USC make it to a BCS bowl?

Oregon State almost represented the Pac 10 in the Rose Bowl. That tells me about all I need to know.

I'll be surprised if Florida loses.

I expect Florida to win by 10 or more.
