This is my first year actually paying attention to the draft. Is there usually this many trades?

little less usually; especially in round 1

i think having 3 days allows for this a bit more

This is true. Not like it was long ago, but I remember when Suh was still suppose to go to Rams and Berry to Tampa Bay.

Yeah, but the NFL Draft is a much bigger deal than college recruiting. Some 500,000 people were signed into NFL team war rooms on nfl.com alone.

He's never been a fan of doing the draft since the first year. He doesn't like doing this thing for this long (which is one of the reasons he shortened the rounds time wise in his 2nd year)

I thought this was pretty funny, though. One of the times he was walking off the stage, the camera followed him and he looked absolutely miserable.

yeah he's never liked it; commish used to just do round 1

his first year he had though 32 teams at the 15 min time length...i dont remember the time but he said after the last pick that it was their longest in history and what sounded like a frustrated "let's not do it again"

draft day just seems sometimes more like a chore to him than a joy
