The number of 4th Round picks that the Eagles has is ridiculous. They have more 4th Rounders than total picks the Skins have.

Kolb has always been higher on the chart than MV. MV is there right now to add a different wrinkle and also to serve as the backup. If Kolb goes down, MV will play no matter what.

Vick will always get his plays and touches, I understand that; Like I was saying earlier though, they dont want him in a position where he's taking all the snaps on all the plays; Never said Vick won't play, but they dont want him to be the every play guy if Kolb gets hurt

Vick's position on the depth chart has always been a more fluid one, he was never the true backup

by NFL rules though, he had to be listed 2nd on the depth chart each week as the 3rd string QB can't play without benching the starter the rest of the game, per NFL rules; so likely his position on the chart was done weekly, and it completely reshuffled when McNabb got hurt

But, I would say Denver and Jacksonville.

...havent looked to see if they are really meeting needs though
