It can't be Manning and Brady because they are never on the field at the same time, and football is a team sport with 22 starters...as mentioned Bird vs Magic...basketball players had much more influence over outcomes than a QB does. Frazier/Ali is a good one too.

Wilt vs Russel was awesome, but the surrounding talent was completely imbalanced.
