Official AFCCG Thread - Patriots @ Broncos

Lynch would gash that D. The DBs couldn't handle Boldin, Crab, and VD. IMO

Both teams are very beatable. Denver has a good run D and Wilson has been poor as of late. 49ers are the scarier team to the Broncos, IMO, but their defensive backfield isn't as good and could potentially get torched if Broncos play a clean game.

Can't ask for a better outcome. They just ate up 1/4 of the 2nd half with that drive and got a TD out of it.

Great drive to start the half. If Broncos can put decent pressure on Brady then they have little chance.

that's why kicking the fg to end the half was the smart move.

up 17, the game is over unless denver finds a way to choke this away.

You havent watched Denver's defense all year or the Pats second half scoring have you?

Everybody is beatable. Lynch is a different beast than the backs they've been playing though. SFs dbs are a little iffy, but they get great pressure to help cover that up some.

I think Denver ends up winning by 20.

I won't be surprised if they do. Belichick has worked some magic through the years and slowed down some pretty good Manning-led offenses, but they've just had too many injuries this year. Doesn't help that their best offensive weapons either have a torn ACL or are in prison.

When you spread the field with dangerous weapons at every WR/TE position the shotgun run with a strong/agile/quick RB is a beautiful thing......here is to hoping to see it in our offense very soon :salute:

This is the key to keeping this game the way it is. Get as much pressure on Brady as possible without destroying the coverage, especially up the middle.

really have to give the pats credit for making it this far in the season.

that team has nothing but a coach and a qb.

Blount looked a lot like Lynch last week, IMO. The real difference is the read option so I agree that it is a different animal.

Belichick has been pure genius with this team this year.

i don't remember ayers much from his time at tennessee.

has he been a better pro than a collegiate player or was he a good performer at tennesssee?

One game doesn't equal a season. Lynch is a monster all the time not just random games. San Fran hasn't been running the read option much this year.
