Actually, I didn't eat a whole lot there as we prefer the Germantown Commissary. It's closer to where I grew up and now live. But Corky's tried franchising, and there was one in Knoxville (and I think in Jackson) when I was in school. It didn't last long.

Can't tell you about other locations, but the Memphis locations are the real deal.

The Knoxville Gus's chicken is D-G-C (dang good chicken)! I hope they are in business for a long long time if they keep making it like that.
