We have been figured out on the offensive side and unless we get more points inside, we aren't going to get much more going on the perimeter. But right now its a hot mess inside.

I mean all things considered, being up 40-37 at half without Vescovi and Zeiglar is impressive even if the last 10 minutes was basically pure trash. Don’t think a 17-point lead all game was realistic.

Biggest takeaway from me is our frontcourt is getting bullied which is a bit surprising, although MSU will have one of the most experienced front courts in the country. Also surprised how little impact it seems Dillione has had so far.

Rick Barnes greatest coaching may have come last year when we found a way to come up with 25 wins. If the new transfers and/or freshman guards aren’t producing, we look identical to last year. Completely lost offensively. No low post threat. Terrible shooting. Terrible at FTs. Terrible half court basketball offensively. No identity offensively.

After we broke out to big lead, Izzo lit into officials and from then on they murdered us and got away with everything, but with this being a scrimmage, it is a good experience for us to learn from.
