DJ can play, like Mookie said, I hope he sticks around. Cade reminds me of Fulk, a little. JP is going to be good and productive in a couple of years. Dilione is not having the greatest game, but all the freshmen and redshirts look pretty damn good. I know it's Lenoir-Rhyne, but this class is loaded, imo.

Edit: my bad, forgot about Carr, who may be having the best game of all the freshmen

I agree. I think Mashack in particular was a really good evaluation by the staff, and they seem to be developing him nicely.

Well, he was a Top 50 player in his class so it’s not like he was flying under the radar lol.

Someone else mentioned it before, but I really like the combo of him and Gainey together. I think that’s a great guard duo off the bench. Gainey gives you a little more offense, but looks like he’s not a liability on D. Then Mashack gives you really good defense and is improved enough on offense that you have to respect him.

Well, he was a Top 50 player in his class so it’s not like he was flying under the radar lol.

So he was. For some reason, I thought he was in the ~125 area. Still, I think he's a particularly good fit for the staff's style.

Hopefully CRB can figure out a way to keep everyone engaged yet hungry for more PT. So hard for young guys to remain patient and stick it out these days
