We've built the most dominant economy and military ever because our country is like all the rest. Our success at generating entrepreneurialism is fantasy. Everyone else does it too.

Still think the FP part was lackadaisical. Going all in on economy. Little mention of Afghanistan, Iraq, Arab spring, or Assad. Only tad bits on Vlad P and Israel. Also mentioned Iranian nuclear production. Mainly focused on destiny/exceptionalist neoconservative tps. Left pointing out American comment in some twisted angle at birthers. Was solid. Didn't mess up. Not breathtaking, but stable. Nixon vibes maybe.

I hope you're right. I would love for him to not only destroy Obama in the debates but also detail just exactly how he hopes to achieve his goals/promises.

I think FP comes in the debates. Focusing on anything other than the economy and the Obama record would be a distraction for this election.

There was even less on social issues than FP - and rightly so.

Why talk anything but economy? It's the issue. All the other is superfluous garbage, particularly social silliness.
