I've never really found that colleges were organized to reward students - generally the staff take credit. I did have a graduate assistantship, but that was pretty much in line with other grad students who teach, tutor, or work in university labs or facilities. UT makes a profit on football; most schools don't profit from sports; and without TV advertising revenue, no university sports might be profitable at this point. When costs aren't out of control, the cost of athletics is justifiable; but what happens if only a small handful of schools (probably the ones actually not losing on sports programs) decide it's worth it?

Hey I’m at no wake speed but my bags are full and only throwing up a 2’ wake coming into the marina.

Heard OUT vs OU per sources

It’s a gigantic loss. Dayne struggled in the bowl game against Iowa at offensive tackle and the OU DL is a lot better than Iowa’s was. I fail to see how this isn’t a big loss that’s our most important position on the OL Cancel the season

Did you see the post beneath it? 22% of OK bettors laid 56% of the total money. That means the average OK bettor laid 4x as much cash on the game as the average UT bettor. Those are sharps. Unless the poor ass state of Oklahoma is somehow slam full of rich guys that know very little about football. I am guessing its probably sharp money. Which is not a good sign. Hope we beat them AND the refs by fiddy.
