So appraiser came and reduced our square footage by almost 1200 sqft. We took out the ugly drop ceiling and painted everything matte black, put in shinny duct work and piping to give it an industrial look.

Has anyone ever heard of such crap, can't count a finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom and fireplace in the square footage because it doesn't have a finished ceiling?

You ever hear of SubSeventy golf? They are a direct to consumer outfit based in Sycamore, IL. Anyway, I took a leap of faith and ordered a few hybrids from them earlier in December. Just based on reviews I trusted. I was blown away! Great clubs at a better price. I’m tagging the ball with these sticks. Customer service was amazing as well. So I decided to give their putters a shot too. Got the 005 Wide Blade with a Midsize grip.

Never heard of them, but I will give them a look over. Hope you roll it well. I’d just love the opportunity to play or even just hit a few balls, I haven’t touched a club in close to 2 months, that’s close to a record for me.

Yeah I think you should. John Daly had a few of their Irons in his bag a while back. When asked he admitted he wasn’t getting paid from them nor was he in line for a sponsorship. He just liked the product and the organization so he put em in play.

And sorry brother. This is the first year I’ve gotten back into playing and watching golf again. Just started having kids so I fell off for a while. But my oldest is 6 and I got him a set for his birthday in May. Slowly working my way back. Hope you get to tee it up soon!

My banker lady said he’s completely FOS, incompetent or something else per, her advice I filed a complaint with the Department of Commerce and Insurance and told the realtor who hired him to take a hike. I might file a complaint with the Real Estate Commission against him and his company because I gots a suspicion.

MJ my banker lady has been doing this a long time and never has steered me wrong, said no way this was an honest mistake by a competent appraiser.

IDK, the guy sold my son’s house quickly and for asking price even though he listed right after Thanksgiving. Son told me when he was working with him he mentioned wanting to find a house in this area but nothing comes on the market.

Maybe there was some shenanigans and maybe not and the appraiser was just an incompetent POS, he’s only been doing it for a little over 6 months. Either way I’m not working with that realtor.
