They've went to hell in a handbasket in the last 12 months. Will be searching for service elsewhere at the end of my contract. Not that I expect another one to be any better.

My bill went up. I called and said "we have a contract". They said, "Your price is the same, we didn't go up." I said, "My bill is $10 higher." They said, "We removed your paperless billing discount. That was $10." I said, "Well then I want you to mail me the bill, in the mail." They said, "That will cost you $10.00."

I got 2 young boys. I can’t wait until they get super excited about the snow and wanna go outside. Then, no matter how many layers of clothing I put on them, my wife will tell me it’s not enough. 30 minutes later, we will finally be ready to go outside.
