@marcusluvsvols
What would you estimate materials cost for a simple 8 x 12 storage shed. 2x6 joists. 2x4 framing. Simple gable roof.
1 million dollars

I am scared to venture a guess on $$$ cost, because i havent purchased lumber in several years from Lowes etc. If I need some lumber I just tell my boss and take it from my job. I can give you a material takeoff though, and you can find out the cost on your own from a couple places before you buy. Let me know if I can help bud. Heres my email @McDad, let me know when you've got it and I will delete

Hog doesnt even want to be with himself@hog88 . Got this email from a friend named Alex about beaches and people.
I guess just suggest Cape San Blas Florida or Indian Pass Florida if he wants a nice beach and few people. The water and sand are usually best on the North Cape (there is also a state park there) if he or his wife is interested in the beach life. The South Cape is a little quieter and Indian Pass quieter still. Our house is on Indian Pass. Our previous house was on the North end of Cape San Blas. The water and sand on those are normally just a step below Destin, but better than the East coast. Sometimes, the North Cape has equal clear water to Destin, and they all have good beaches. He will have to rent a house as there are no high rises at any of those locations. The good news is that with no high rises, there is plenty of beach space. Plenty of good food in Port St. Joe and Apalachicola which are both within a few miles. The area is about 45 minutes East of Panama City. We don't rent our house, so I am not trying to get business, just interested in finding him a restful uncrowded spot. He needs to chill out. Alex
