If a lady were so fortunate to be selected as the newest member, would the Horsemen name be changed to something like Horsepeople? Would it really be equal treatment to call her a Horsemen if she ain’t gotta a hammer? If she does have one I can understand nothing should change

- Must have a skill that is useful
