Tennessee Football needs a big splash. Gruden will certainly provide that!

However, I'm pulling for the VOLS this weekend as always!

If so, I need to send you a link to a video of a Q&A session I did in Chicago in 2010 in from of about 8k people. I corrected the host's pronunciation of the mountains. It's a pet peeve.

Oh I think that seat is white hot and I'm sure Hart has put out feelers. If we get our doors blown off the next two weeks DD will probably be gone the next Monday.

It's just the idea that Gruden is the no.1 target makes no sense. If true I'd lose alot of faith in Hart.

He was Division champions 2000 (Oakland), 2001 (Oakland), 2002 (Tampa), 2005 (Tampa), and 2007 (Tampa). That's a little better then a middle of the road NFL coach.

He has been approached by pretty much every NFL team that has a coaching change, since he left Tampa. He has had his opportunities.

There is a reason that ESPN offered up more cash and a new contract last year. Some had to do with a previous contract and not realizing full buyout money.

I will be very surprised if Gruden isn't coaching next year. Also surprised if it isn't at UT.

If Gruden is hired, Sal and Gruden have known each other for awhile. Do you think Gruden will keep him as DC or maybe move him to LB coach + Recruiting Coordinator for the Defense and keep his pay the same? He's a proven LB coach.

I wouldn't mind seeing us keep him as a LB coach. But not DC.

I grew up on "Memphis Wrasslin" with The King, Bill Dundee, Handsome Jimmy Valiant, Koko Ware (before the stupid parrot), The Fabulous Ones etc...

One of my favorite pictures is of my wife and I and Jerry Lawler at a dinner party at our house in Memphis. He brought the crown and everything!

One more OldVol. This is a 78lb Blue Cat my wife caught the Sunday night after the Florida game off the back of our cruiser. I caught a 45lb and a 22lb too but she caught this one while "The Boys" were on a midnight ride in the speedboat. We came back and we thought the women were partying something crazy but instead they were wrestlin with this bad boy

Let me ask you this Jay/Carter/DTO/Y4B/OV. You guys have all heard Gruden, but have you heard any chatter of anyone else? It seems like this Gruden stuff is coming left and right but there is NO information about any other possible "targets". I'm no insider, but i think UT is gonna eventually give him an offer that he can't refuse.

That sounds awesome!

Lawler is one of the announcers on WWE RAW,but he is out right now b/c he actually had a heart attack on the show..Stupid me thought it was part of the damn storyline.:crazy:
