Will Gruden be our next head coach? No one is 100% sure until he steps up on a podium with Dave Hart. However, I know for a fact that UT is going all in for him. He has shown quite a bit of interest back. The details are in the middle and hopefully it will all pan out.

Maybe I'm way off, but I took the comments about them texting Gruden and his reply that he heard them discussing golf to both be jokes, or in the case of the Gruden texting, humorous wishful thinking.

As for validity, they are well worth listening to. Are they claiming anything is 100%? No. If you don't think something is going on you are entitled to your opinion. If you do, you have to use your judgement on who you believe or have more faith in. This thread hasn't gone almost 18,000 including the original for nothing. And if you want concrete evidence or some kind of recording from Haslam, you are dreaming to think you will get it. Actually, I think they are even more believable since they don't give up their sources. So read more and back the **** off OV.

For the 100th time, I'm not the one asking for people to give up sources. Your buddies started that nonsense on response to the babyavi character. Why does everyone keep skating over this point?

And thanks for telling me I'm entitled to my own opinion. I was beginning to wonder if that was allowed

Actually, just to be clear, some are saying it's a done deal that Dooley has been informed he won't be returning.

Fonz, as you seem to have found what ever that was you linked to, you have continually stated that there is a double standard. But shouldn't a double standard include information from you in order for it to be a double standard?

Why haven't you ever posted your information? All you claim is double standard. Lay your information on the table and lets just see if it is. All your going by is what went on with Babyavi and nothing more.

Please put your info on the table as to what YOU know.

Mine is laid out in two separate threads.

Okay, I chose not to post last night while the wound was fresh. I hoped that if I slept on it I might calm down and think a little more rationally. Last night's fiasco made me physically ill. I was under no impression that our Vols would beat the number one team in the country, but my God! I am totally convinced that this group of players could do just as well, if not better, with no coaches on the sidelines at all. Does Dooley not understand what timeouts are there for? More deep passes on third and short? Then on fourth down line up in the beast package? Sure, there is no way a team like bama will know who is getting the ball in that situation. We all need to thank the good lord for CP. Imagine this season without him...

Dooley supporters love to bring up the mess Dooley walked into here. I agree with this. I will give that he has built a decent base with recruiting. That being said, then why does this team at least record wise, appear to be worse than the one he inherited? There can be only one answer.

Not a coach in over his head. Not a so-so coach. He is simply a privileged little boy getting to pretend because of his last name. Pretending may be fine at LaTech but not at Tennessee.

He needs to be shown the door and shown it now. There is no reason in the world to prolong this another day. The SC game means nothing either way. I honestly worry that if nothing is done this week, nothing will be done. I sometimes think the boosters really don't give two s*its about this program or winning. If they did, why allow this to go on as long as it has?

I apologize for the rant and wall of text. I am just at my breaking point and beyond fed up. Please don't tell me to not worry and be happy. The longer Dooley is employed at UT, the less faith I have in the program and the powers that be around it.

Fire Dooley now!
Hire Gruden now!
Hell, hire anyone!
Just get rid of the loser Dooley!

He had stated that he was sitting 5' away from that group, then this morning he says that he was in section L for last nights game.

Media are wrong all the time and yet none of them are reporting the "facts" that we have here. I'm not disputing some of the info here will turn out to be accurate, I just don't believe it's as cut and dry as some are trying to make out. Is that not allowed?

Sir, I told you in my response that they have said in past threads that chances were high that CDD will be let go after the SC game. Several days later Ainge was dropping hints to this being true on his show. Other media has started to state the same thing, I'm not going to retype all this again. This gives validity to what they said prior to the first media reports coming out. If you listen to Ainge, Basilio and others this week, I would gess that they will start being more straight forward on this. Again just my opinion. You asked validity of their info, and I gave it to you. I guess you have blinders on and don't care to listen. You make excuses for the evidence I gave you. All I can tell you is wait 8-15 days and all of us should know. Either he will be fired after SC game or be here for the Akron game. Is this not true? My final comment to you sir is simply be patient and wait.Have a good life sir!!

Can someone please fill me in here? What is the issue. First you said it was how reputable these guys were and now it's something else about someone I have never heard of other than they are apparently lying about their seating last now.

That same system came toward Knoxville but by the time it got here,there was basically nothing left of it..The plateau really protects us from dangerous weather most of the time..Really thankful for that.

You are king at not answering my questions then trying to twist my words. The double standard is you asking others for proof but getting butthurt when others ask you for the same. And oddly, you're the only one I recall claiming to have such proof. Will you link these posts for me please? Or give me the date and ill find them myself. Otherwise, just admit you lied and let's move on.

I've never claime to be an insider I'm just asking questions to those who do, and expecting them to back up and stand by these opinions that are presented as fact.
