I just disagree.

I think the AD should leave the coach alone when it comes to what the coach has to say about his players.

If your point is that the coach shouldn't say negative things about the players to the press, then maybe that has some validity, although I stick by my thinking that the coach is well within his rights to do so.

My overarching point is that the AD should butt out of what the coach does in regard to his players (provided they are within NCAA and school guidelines)

If within the context of a coach knowing how to motivate his team I will agree. A coach who cannot motivate his team creates a train wreck.

You and I both know if it was up to Georgia fans, Bobo would be fired every week, Richt would be fired after every turnover, and your DC would be fired after every first down given up. I've sat in the club seats and listed to that exact thing every time I've watched a game. It's funnier when you lose to Florida. Don't act like UGA fans are tolerant with their coaches.
