It's one thing to come down on them in the locker room, but to pretty much b!tch slap them in public is totally uncalled for. That's one sure fire way to have the players start giving you the finger and then completely quitting on you.

What's up, guys? Still debating Dools throwing his players under the bus on TV - again? That's just a shot back at Hart for stopping him from doing it after last season. That speaks volumes. He's putting distance between himself and the team because he has already lost the team - again. His warped mind refuses to acknowledge that he is the problem. Everybody else is wrong and not doing what they are supposed to in his mind.

It's got to end by Monday of next week.

I do feel however, that there are more effective ways of trying to get players to understand there weaknesses. Using the media to try and reach them just shows that Dooley is in over his head, and is overall an ineffective communicator with his players. Either that, or he has totally lost control of this team. Not good no matter which way you look at it, once again IMO

In my mind I have this image, Hunter, Bray, Neal, ect....walking in and laying their jersey on the desk of Hart. Just the Notre Dame guys did for Rudy, thisis bigger that Doolander.
