I asked this question in the recruiting forum and never got a response I will go ahead and ask it here because I am genuinely curious.

Why is Hart making an official offer for a job that is not technically open?

Having asked that I do believe Gruden has been contacted and those in the discussions (which I don't believe is Hart directly) fully understand what it will take to get him here.

I'm not going to speak for him, but it doesn't appear at all like he is trying to steal your thunder or claim that he was on the Gruden train before the Grudenites in this thread. If anything, he did a lot of people (including myself) a big favor by making a new thread and posting actual rumors rather than the "Tall Oak Trees" that has been going on in this thread.

I could care less about thunder and most here dont. However, you might want to evaluate why there is a backlash against OCI. He has a pattern of this.

By thread title there were no obvious threads against Gruden. Sure, there are a lot of Gruden threads but I thought I'd make one that's obviously against the idea!

As a noob here I can't speculate who is right or wrong or maybe just off on dates.

All I know is I want a change and I want to win!

Lol, I understood what you meant. You may not have written it the way you intended because your explanation here is not what you said earlier. You said, you were tied of us spewing crap out. Being hypocrites and what not. However, the way you explained us being hypocritical in your previous post, was saying that bashing players and coaches is hypocritical. Phrase things a little better. I'm not mad at all. Just trying to make you aware of how you are phrasing stuff. People aren't calling Dooley names for no reason. I mean Ive said to bench Bray for a while to get his fire lit under his behind, So I agree with what Dooley was trying to do, but he did it the wrong way. Same with him being a pompous arrogant dude sometimes.
