I have never (Lovie/Shannon) and am not now making any predictions. I have just passed on what I hear, nothing more nothing less. You should be skeptical. Nothing should ever go unquestioned. I welcome skepticism. As I have said before, I will be here to admit that my info was wrong if it doesn't happen.:hi:

It's understandable that everyone wants to know what's going on at this very moment but please temper your excitement and emotions. You guys are jonsing for information and the fact is unless something big swings one way or another what's been put out there is about as much as you can expect given the situation (we currently have a coach and a football season underway). So, relax and take a chill pill. There's bound to be some smoke grenades and chaff tossed over the next month so relax.

Friendly tip: If you ever copy/paste something that is within Board rules, it's still best to include a link to wherever the material came from. I always put the writer or speaker's name at the top, put quotation marks around everything I pasted, and then include a link to the source. I think that adds a lot of credibility to my posts. No one's ever had to ask me where I got something from. :thumbsup:

Seriously, it seems like I keep a sinus infection..I'll get rid of one, then another one presents itself...I've seriously thought about having my sinuses taken out, but that might be more trouble than its worth.:blink:

Now,take two of meds and call me in the morning.:thumbsup:

I wouldn't think any talks with substance would take place until after the next two games. Dooley can still salvage the season if he pulls off one of the next two games and gets to 8 wins.

That's the difference. I know for a fact that you, me, and especially OV are not looking for anything out of the deal. I said it before, I have never posted predictions before over a coach coming, and I'm not making one now. I'm simply passing some of the info I come across along. That's it. I am still very optimistic about the deal, but no one outside of the brokers will know 100% until the press conference happens. Believe me or not: it's up to each person. It makes no difference to me either way. I'm confident you feel the same way.

Season yes, Job no...timing is everything and the time to act with so many other places looking for hires is now...one party we dont need to be late for or the booze will be all gone...

It's probably going to change about 10 times between now and when a decison is made, anyway... not matter what happens.
