Someone tell me this, as I am kind of new to this idea, is there anything concrete that indicates that Gruden has interest in the Tennessee job or is it all just conjecture based on his history, real estate and who he is married to?

Really? Because the only thing keeping this team from winning now is the Defense. They might buy out Dools, but I can gaurandamntee they ain't buyin out all the defensive coaches too. Especially Sunseri.

Has it been mentioned that Gruden could bring Raheem Morris with him? Coached DBs under Gruden at TB before becoming the HC.

Why are we idiots for expressing hope that we land a coach that knows how to actually coach? I don't bank on Gruden becoming the next coach he is just #1 on my list and it sounds like a lot of other people's list as well. We may or we may not get Gruden but one thing is obvious: Dooley is not the long term answer. He did a nice job as a stop-gap considering the situation he arrived in to, he just doesn't seem to have the umph to get over the hump and take us back to the elite. Anyone who says they will enjoy the pissing and moaning over the new coaching hire is no true fan imo because that implies they are happy with a mediocre coach. If we got a proven HC and its not Gruden there may be some letdown yes, but in the end I think the majority will be excited to have any coach that is proven.
