It's a miracle. Ainge has gone from knowing, to a puppet of the AD, and now back to knowing and possibly breaking the story with the blessing of the AD since he controls everything he is to say

UTAD and ESPN will be the ones who break the story Bruin and you know that. Your defense of Ainge you just stated supports it as well.

No problem. You know my philosophy.....I'm not here to convince anyone. Take it or leave it.

It's typically those who know nothing that are most critical. I'm ok with that. I likely would be too.

I hear ya brotha...just keep bringin it!

Trollin, plain and simple

naw gman, for real. this gruden stuff is a smoke screen for something bigger. all im sayin is im an OD (original dunginite). if it happens ill be the biggest thing on the site. if not, well there was a contract issue that couldnt be ironed out.

Hacked Nick Saban's email. Looks like he is in a rather Grinchy mood with the imminent Gruden coaching announcement.

I copied a message he sent to Spurrier, Muschamp, and Miles. TIFWIW.

And then, they'll do something I hate most of all. Every Gru down in Gru-ville, the tall and the small, will stand close together... with Gruden bells ringing. They'll stand hand in hand... and those Grus... will start singing!

Then the Grus, young and old, will sit down to a feast. And they'll feast, and they'll feast. And they'll feast, feast, feast, feast! They'll feast on Gru pudding and rare Gru roast beast. Aw, roast beast is a feast I can't stand in the least!

Maybe Arky should quit dreaming about our next coach consider Bobby Petr.....wait, they tried that, and their volleyball tried it too.

It's funny. Arky and Petrino were made for each other. Ask Hootie.

Edit: damn spell corrector on iPhone

I just dont get the erin andrews angle. When has she ever had inside sources with anything? She is a sideline reporter. She also no longer works for espn. And didnt she even say yesterday that she still thought it was ridiculous and did not think he was coming? Thats what's in the cliff notes anyways.

Ainge also did an interview yesterday and said no one really knows anything. I'm not from knoxville so dont hear his show, maybe he says otherwise there.

No problem, just posting what my wife in HR at a state run facility tells me to be true and it makes sense. At least on the federal level it doesn't have to be posted.

I can't speak for what UT does within their university, but my wife tells me that even if it's standard operating procedure within UT (which it probably is), this position would typically be above such procedures.

I posted this earlier but it's possible hart will play the card of having to follow new procedure if he is trying to buy time. If gruden can't be announced til after MNF he would need to do something to diminish the pressure from the outside. He could do that by stating the procedure is different with him being the AD. Just a thought that probably means nothing

I wish I had the patience to go back and find the lost link that most people probably didn't take the time to read because it was a loooooooong read.

However, I forget who (regrettably), but someone posted that link that explained the whole MNF situation, bottle necking the obvious talent for the job to be Trent Dilfer. Steve Young was speculated as being the first candidate, but apparently, he didn't want to do it. Dilfer was next in line and actually was said to be a better choice anyhow based on his overall talent in front of the camera.

Happy Thanksgiving.

A good friend of mine who is a former player told me that some of his friends are now referring to Big Orange Country as a "Grudist Colony".

Thought you all might enjoy that. Have a great day.

I think Ainge is every bit as much of a clown as tony b. neither one knows anything about the inner workings of the process much less is smart enough to provide a smokescreen IMO. Ainge has proved this week he isn't being controlled by the AD or he darn sure wouldn't have stated an announcemt was coming on the 30th

I don't know Erin Andrews source....but she knows. It was Erin who passed the info along stating that it was done, and Trent Dilfer had been secured for the MNF duties.

Funny thing about this is that I was watching sportscenter this AM, and they had Dilfer as the NFL analyst discussing the QB situation with SF between Smith and Kaepernick. Got me thinking if Gruden would usually be the one that had that spot, and they took him off of it???

It's OK. Just trust the OGs.
