Mods, I think we should change volnation.com to grudenation.com (grudennation.com was recently taken).

Here is Dooley's record the past three years:
2010: 6-7 with a .461 win percentage
2011: 5-7 with a .417 win percentage
2012: 3-5 with a .375 win percentage so far.

Do we see a trend? We are getting worse with more experience players and keeping Dooley here longer. The attendance at the games are at an all time low and it's getting worse with ever game. This just shows we need a real coach with a big name like Gruden. This would bring more money in, better coaching staff and recruit better players. This doesn't take a rocket science to figure we are in big trouble if we continue with Dooley.

I gave Dooley a mulligan for most of last year due to the injuries. I say most because losing to Kentucky was inexcusable. He's run out of excuses this year.

We should start incorporating variations on Gruden into our every day vocabulary.

The unemployment rate went back up? What a Grudtastrophe!

When that happens, will there be a thread where all the NegaGrudes can come for absolution from their trespasses?

Surely we can do something to unite the fanbase around all things Gru'....except for DooshExMachinehead I mean.

Just received a random email from an FSU fan from another department at work. Nothing in the email but a photoshopped pic showing UT players slapping the Give My All sign, which instead said, "Lose By 20."

I replied with 3 pics from the Tenn-NCSU game and 2 pics from the FSU-NCSU game.

I elected not to mention Gruden to avoid some kind of celebrating-too-early jinx.

So if Dooley finishes out 2012 at 8-5 then that would be a .615 win percentage, which would be about a 47% increase over 2011 in win percentage. Would that make us happier and if not why are we talking?

Doesn't matter. These next four games shouldn't even be games by TN standards. Dooley's winning percentage should be .750 for this year right now, but it's not.

Here is the sad part, there are 8 wins built into this schedule, and that is if you assume Vandy is a given win. Bottomline is Dooley hasn't beat anybody he wasn't supposed to.
