No.

Dooley gone. Cleared up some issues with Gruden. Nothing final- still working on it.

I also do not buy the fact that this is a destination job IF Gruden comes. He is too young. We will be on pins and needles every off season every time there is an NFL opening.

I've thought about this as well, and think we will have a hefty buyout in place for any possible suitors that come calling on our HC (Gruden that is).

Hefty enough to go after the next guy that can keep us at, or elevate us beyond what Gruden will do at UT.

The wrench has been taken care of. I went from 99% to 75% and now back to 90%. A few more minor issues to fix and we will be where we want to be. The biggest hurdle has been cleared though.

I agree with you on all points. I think if Gruden comes, it will be for the love of UT. Like you said. If he just wants back in the game and the money. NFL will be wide open

I absolutely agree with this.
Furthermore, if we sign him to something like 8 yr 50 mill, or something like that, then we will have him for a while.
If not, it's because some NFL team paid us a hefty buyout, and we'll be in super position to hire another bigtime coach.
