Dave Hart has bosses called the BOT and they have the authority to call the shots with or without Harts support. They hired him and they can certainly tell him to follow orders or go kick rocks somewhere else.

If the money is there as you suggest, why would Hart not hire Gruden? He has few legitimate reasons to not hire Gruden, and as some of the same insiders have said(which by the way is not true), they had a major falling out so it would make no sense to stand in the way. Dooley is likely out but this Gruden nonsense is a different story. Unless you are speaking to Jim Haslam or Dave Hart, you are being fed a bunch of bs. First Cheek was standing in the way, now it is Hart. It isn't true.

Smoke and Mirrors, everyone freaks..... unless Gruden denies it or UTAD denies then there is no need to get worked up. Based on what I was told these tactics are not unexpected.

I would love to get Gruden, if it happens, it happens. If not, we will hopefully go after a proven head coach that can right this ship.

I can't tell you 100% that Gruden is or is not coming, no one can. I can tell you that the money is not there for a 5 million dollar salary for one coach. Let me rephrase that, the motivation at the booster level to pay that kind of salary not mention assistant coaches is not there.

Slow your roll dude, ultimately Hart has had nothing to do with the hiring of Gruden nor has Cheeks. It is up to you to believe or not, I was the most skeptic poster in this thread for a long time. The info that Boro, OV, SBV, DTO, Beecher and others have not been shared with me but the details line up.

Anything can happen but for now I have not been told of anything to be alarmed about, for now it is a time for patience has things get worked out on the backend which has nothing to do with Gruden and UT working out an agreement.
