Dont be so sure about that. I think it was either after Miss St or possibly after Ala. Not sure which game but sounds like he has known for weeks.

That really hurts my feelings.

Now back to reality.....he was, and several of us corroborated and reported it at the time. I couldn't give two squirts what you think of my credibility.

Denial is not just a river my friend.

There was a huge shift in DD's demeanor after one of those losses. In news conferences you could tell something was up. Maybe his spidey senses were tingling! On second thought he wouldn't need them to know he is finished.

May or may not be true but not as unbelievable as you make it out to be. Dooley knows he's gone no matter what and he's still getting paid so why would he make a stink about it? His overall resume gives him no firepower to fight a termination. Whether he was privately canned after MSU or not, the Dooley era at UT is over in 2 1/2 weeks.

I have no doubt Dooley is done but my problem still remains EVEN if we get Gruden that we are willing to sacrifice another game or two just to keep attention off the backroom dealings. If we sent Dooley packing today we might have a chance to rally in these last three games. I don't have much faith we can do that now.

Your exactly right. Im surelosing credibility with him ruins your hump day. His actions and just overall persona on the sidelines tell me he is gone. The Miss St game he was siked, giving Chaney high 5'slevel and showing emotion, happy and pissed. Since then he hasnt shown much or any emotion at all. I know he's had a cane but still wouldnt stop him.

If these players can't go out there and play their asses off against teams they are better than, on paper anyway, then Da'Rick wasn't the problem in the locker room and was made the scape goat! I'm sure they all know Dooley is done at seasons end so why mess with an interim. Just play!

The fact that you are as sure he was not fired as Boro is that he was fired, may be as outlandish and harmful to your own credibilty as you claim it to be to Boro's.

As for most of us on this board, we could care less when he was told, as long as he IS GONE

Agree! His usual attitude/emotion has totally changed since the MSU game. Actions speak louder than words!
