Official Jon Gruden Thread V

nothing has changed as far as Hart/Dooley since the pre Gruden threads. 50k posts of wasted time and energy.
2013 was always the year, barring a loss down the stretch. Sal was Hart's call, not Dooleys. That's why Hart has his back. If it was Kevin Steele having the worst D in college football, Dooley and crew would be gone. If Sal wasn't Hart's call, Dooley would be gone.

Is your stance that Dooley will most likely return in 2013?

I don't know if anyone has mentioned the additional importance of the agenda at the BOT meeting with respect to the increased revenues expected when we transition over to the playoff system. I had heard expected increases, per SEC school is estimated in the 13 to 14 millon per year range. The increase is projected based off of the revenue share expected for the additional bowl payouts and the new tv contracts. Sounds like there is a lot of future money at stake in the outcome of this meeting.

I give this post a thumbs up

I love that pic..It would look even better with an orange tie.

If Dooley is retained then UT has given up on football. There is not 1 reason for him to be back. If he does come back Tn will lose millions next year because the fans will not come out for this circus.
He should of been fired weeks ago and so should Sal.

Agreed..I commented to my hubby during one of the games(don't remember which one) that Dooley is acting like he doesn't give a damn..He agreed and it's good to know that others have noticed that as well...At least I know i"m not going crazy or imagining things.

Lol. Its very noticeable. Watch him last year against Ala and how he acted this year. Completely different. Even in the beginning of this season and up to the Miss St game he was very animated sitting next to Chaney. Now he has that I dont give a damn attitude. That tells me all I need to know.

He doesn't have to keep quite to get his buyout. You know that. It isn't his job or in his contract to keep his firing quite. That's absurd.

Adversarial.

Stop telling me what I know, or labeling what I say as BS or absurd. I'm glad to discuss and disagree, but I can do without the character judgements.

I have yet to attack your opinion, position, or information.....because I don't care what you think. Just disregard what I say if you don't like it. Hell, put me on ignore.

Or we can exchange ideas and disagree like gentlemen.

Thanks bro...I don't know about you but im sick and tired of seeing Dooley on the sideline...I wish they would go ahead and can him.

For sure man. Just seeing him on the sidelines makes my blood boil at this point. He is more high school level coach at best. Amazing what a last name will do for ya.

And you know this for sure? You sound very confident when you post things. You don't say "probably" or "maybe" or "I'm pretty sure".

I thought your connection was on the Gruden side of things...

I guess it's all connected?

Sounds like also, who handles it and where it goes.
