Hate to be that guy, but I remember Tajh Boyd saying that Fulmer and Hamilton both reassured him that Fulmer wasn't going anywhere about 2 weeks before Fulmer got fired.

Still holding out hope for Gruden, but Graham telling a recruit he will be back next year doesn't really give me any extra confidence.

You can agree and disagree, but as I said earlier there are quite a few coaches that could help us right the ship, and Gruden is my favorite but here are some others that would obviously be better than Dooley.

This is just a list of several of the people that I would be happier about than Derek Dooley and we ahve to be able to get at least one of them if Dooley is gone and Gruden happens to turn us down...

yeah... who would believe that any recruiter ever mislead a recruit... I remember the year that Majors recruited seven QB's and told em all they would be playing QB and not moved.

Memory being what it is, not sure if any of em played QB

The interesting part of the story to me is that Graham defended himself but didn't really defend Dooley.

That said, yeah it's recruiting, pretty outlandish things get said that make that statement completely innocuous.

Considering how Dooley has coached this team to nowhere but the bottom, I prefer the Gruden version.
