Now i see where you're coming from, I was assuming the board as well as Hart would be assuming he would be able to win this weekend, but that's too much assuming.... carry on.

I will stand by the information that I have brought forth.

If it works out where my information is incorrect, I will be more than man enough to come back and apologize to everyone on this board.

Will those that constantly attack others for offering information that is different from theirs be willing to do the same if their information is not correct?

This constant bickering that has gone on by several during this entire thread is childish.

A true man stands by his word, I will do this.

My sources tell me the chances of that occurring right now are low. True, I have agreed, in principle, to eat crow if/when the time comes. But I never said that me eating crow was a 100 percent done deal. I will not eat crow unless Gruden is named coach at UT. This has been my stance all along. Are there scenarios where others could eat crow? Yes, I now believe so.

Sure things: This is where things recently got complicated. There are deep issues here that need to be resolved. The insider community does not have credibility and they need it. They need help from the gullible posters here and they need to be in control of their domain.

So, that is what I understand on the eating crow issue as of today. There will be lots of inside sources and very few specifics. It's honestly a mess.

We will know more next week.

People will believe what they want to believe. There isn't a poster in this thread that is looking for ecred. This is the first, and may be the last time that I ever give as much info as I have on this board. The only reason I'm doing it now is because I truly believe this is a watershed moment for our program.

I would be concerned if we had a committee that wouldn't be having a meeting right now to figure out what is going on right now and to come out of there knowing plans A through D in the next few months. It's not a secret that this is a critical time in the program.

Sheez, are we going to start posting photos of our tallywhackers next? I don't understand the vitriol from the newcomers. Is it really that big of a deal? And, in any event, I don't think the final chapter has been written, yet, so you do not have any idea who is going to be right and who is going to be wrong.

I, for one, like the info from these guys. Even if it doesn't turn out the way I want it to, it is about all I have to maintain my sanity in this recurring nightmare otherwise known as the Tennessee football season.

Now, why don't you take your pent-up anger and direct it at Cheek and Hart. That might be productive.

We've gotten used to the taste of crow around here. Not necessarily on this issue but TN Football in general. I will provide you a nice spicy bbque sauce if you have to eat it and I hope you do. And if not, I'll have mine and just hope the next coach makes us all happy.
