I will stay on the train because it's the best option for our football program, you're gonna have conflicting reports all of the time, there always is. If we don't get Gruden, there are still good coaches out there, they might not be as "sexy" as Gruden, but there are other coaches that can succeed here. Slice mentioned Patterson awhile back, i think he would be a good hire, give him our brand, facilities and recruiting budget and i think he could pull in some good recruiting classes, we all know he can coach. Strong would be an underwhelming hire, but he is a hot name and i would be happy with it, he's a great recruiter and a defensive mind. I think he would succeed here with all of our resources. Gruden is still #1 on my list though.

If you'd been around you'd know I've never hitched to OCI's wagon. Don't know him or his sources, and am not completely trusting.

My info stands....and no, no need for a ban bet. I'd rather have you stick around. You can even join my fanclub. You might as well, I sense you'll be following me around until this over like a lost puppy.

I have nothing to lose....its an internet message board.

But I'm not a coward. I can face my detractors head on. This has nothing to do with e-cred for me.....but apparently it does for you.
