I'm getting better. And it was a good chance for my wife to take her dad to the game...they don't get to spend a lot of time together.

Well, that's some good family time for them.

I remember one time my mother and I got to take my grandfather to a UT game and he had a blast,as we all did.

Didn't you say in your newest thread its looking like Dooley won't be back?

Yes, I was told that by someone who is not wrong. He is too wealthy and too influential. I am talking a half billion dollars wealthy. But, I said in my opinion that there is still a chance that he will return. Just my opinion, but I don't think that it is a done deal. If he were to go 8-5, I think he will be back. Maybe he is gone either way, we will all find out. However, this Gruden talk is silly.

I'm from Western Ky and was wearing my Tenn gear as usual about town...older Ky fan stops me walking into a store and says, "I think Tenn/UK might be a good game...we got a decent chance this year again..since both our teams are terrible." Reminded me how depressing it's gotten...If dooley stays, Gruden or not, my heart won't take it.

I miss my Sega. I'd be playing Two Grude Dudes this evening.

Hey, did you ever play "Vigilante" on the Sega? My dad had a Sega. That's the first game console I remember, growing up. "Vigilante" was awesome. Just went around choking out dudes who had kidnapped your girlfriend! Bastards!

Well, early or not time to mix up a good strong drink and watch the game. Who the hell knows what Dooley has in store for us this week?

Just got a text from a buddy at the game. He said probably less than 80,000 in the stands come kickoff.

The Dooley effect.

I'm the most skeptical g
uy around but I don't think its silly at all, how could you not seriously consider taking a job where they will build a statue of you before you coach your first game? He knows the immensity of this I'm sure.

This is silly. I can't imagine there would be any way they decide his fate until after he goes 8-5 or not. It's 7-5 or nothing. You don't wait to fire a guy until after a bowl game. If they do that, they are idiots. Way too late. Too many coaches would already be off the market.

8-5 is illogical. 7-5 is the only argument somone could even attempt to make at this point.
