and let me say one more thing.

Even if Gruden doesn't come, I feel confident in saying that UT is going to hire a coach who can get the job done, and by job I mean that in case some of you are still in the stage of accepting mediocrity, is winning the SEC championship.

We crossed paths in the Frankfurt Airport. You leaving and me arriving. I was the guy in the UT sweatshirt with the scared look on his face. LOL (My first assignment).

Thank you for your service Voldawg!

Back atcha brother..

:hi:

When Neyland went smoke free with no passes out to return I read there was a $50 fine. I have had 2 twenties and a ten in my pocket every game to "settle out of court" lol. They should make an outside area at Neyland and sell game or season "smoking passes". Not only would it add revenue, the number of empty seats in the 4th quarter would lessen. I know literally dozens of smokers that leave early to smoke. I just go to the stall when the game is in play now.

it kills me a Bristol Motor Speedway way at the race to not being able to smoke heck its outside ur breathing Gas Tire smoke fumes but u can smoke in the seats lol

Good little nugget to start the thread.

LWS on TOS said he believes big money is on the table for the next coach...if they can get the right big name coach to come for that money. IE they won't just throw big money at anyone. He thinks they will aim for someone much higher than an assistant coach (Smart).

He said he never thought in the past TN would do this, but it finally seems everyone is on board with this. He said he expects a new football coach in 2013 and we are ready to pay to get a big time coach.

Not believing it until I see a percentage of probability.

Tens of thousands of empty seats and years of losing football makes me believe it. Big money is now as tired of this crap as we are and I think ALL SOURCES agree on that.

Dad retired after 20 years b/c he missed the family time..Hardly ever got to see him but I understood that he was serving his country and that made be proud.:salute:

Mine was in for 30+ years. Also always made me proud as a kid, and now as an adult, to tell people what my Dad did.

We had that very discussion at work today.

5 or 10 bucks to get in a smoker's pit of some sort would probably net decent amount of cash...
