referring back to skeeters remarks. it seems he was merely pointing out that the internals are still jacked in the AD, and he feels a quality coach may not be willing to step into it. nothing to do with loyalty to Dooley. his remark about the boosters thinking Hart has a magic wand strongly suggests that hes not getting info from outside the AD.

Whoever says Smart is the first call is basing this off of Tennessee's hires under Hammy and Hart being at Alabama. Neither matters in this situation. I cannot take it seriously when someone says Smart will be UT's next coach, let alone the 1st call...

With the booster's involved all up in this, no he won't be the first call. If they weren't getting involved you could safely put money on Smart having been at the top of Hart's list. He's been there for a long time.

Just remember that mainstream media may not know the booster's involvement in this yet.
