My apologies.. I hate the code talk too..I also hate internet fights so not trying to pick one. I was speaking specifically of danomite... This is a YOUNG sportswriter, again my guy says he's nice fellow, but no contacts

Interviewing a Titan in Nashville is no big deal.. I hope the young man is 101% correct I want Gruden. I just see some folks getting hyped up on a johnny come lately. Watched babyavi turn this place inside out etc...
He may be rock solid, Google is free you decide, seems a little young to be rubbing shoulders with old Knoxville money, again no disrespect meant, but we all want to know something, not sure he is the prophet !

This is my whole problem.People say that if Gruden isnt hired then no problem Tn will still hire another big name.The boosters are going to throw the money at a coach.Well my problem is I want Gruden as a coach and I can see them throwing the money at him.But what I cant see is these boosters throwing all kinds of money at Smart and Smart wouldnt be called a huge get. That would be a smack in the face to UT and the fans if they brought Smart in.If Tn and the boosters are going to throw money at a coach then there is no way its Smart.

I would agree...just seems strange that someone (obviously a coach) would call the kid and tell him anything specific, regarding whether Dooley has been fired or not.

That was my take on it...but I have a friend who is a field reporter for the Speed Channel and Dano reminds me of him.

They have to be confident in their findings once they commit...but their direction can be misleading.

This place makes me paranoid. I just want to curl up in a corner and suck my thumb.
