I really like the Scottish Ale from Big River in Chattanooga. I also had a Brooklyn a couple of weeks ago that was pretty good.

This.

And my day is not made/broken based on someone who believes what I say. I feel like the majority of people on here care about the program and so I try to pass along the info I get. Nothing more. Do with it as you please, it's not going to hurt my feelings.

Thank you for that. I was born and raised in TN, went to my first game on October 11, 1975 against LSU, went to UT 1987-2000, lived in North Carrick freshman year, and I LOVE TN football...but I live in Colorado now (22 years) and this is my best source of information...even amongst my homeboys in TN. Been on here since 2006.

So, I'm gullible at times, but I filter through this stuff as carefully as I can...and take from it what I want.

Thank you all for providing me with great stuff to ponder.

I do, by the way, have a few sources of my own...former players, but y'all actually seem to know more than they do. They are far removed from the program.

His team almost beat Florida. Reminds me of Saban but has way more intensity.

Check out this link and tell me you wouldn't want this guy.

Coach Mark Hudspeth's New Orleans Bowl Pre Game Locker Room Speech.avi - YouTube

A navy buddy of mine is a ULL alum and big fan of Hudspeth.

IMO, just a matter of time until he ends up at an SEC school - I also think he'll be a good one, but UT needs someone to get the fanbase excited/united again.

Hudspeth seems like a good coach, but not who we need right now.

Before I would've said that the longer it goes, the more nervous we should be. But I feel completely opposite now. If Hart feels comfortable WAITING, while everyone knows Dooley won't be back next season, then he is confident that he will not have to get in the coach search race (like Aekansas, Kentucky, etc...). It's a good thing since he knows Gruden is locked up.

I agree with this.

Yazoo Hop Project is the beer for you my friend.

Great beer with great hops.

That said the best is Stone Brewery out of San Diego. Almost everything they do (Arrogant Bastartd, Ruination, Sublimely Self-Righteous, and even their basic IPA) are A+ plus. The reason they calling their one IPA Ruination is because it ruins your taste buds for all other beers. This is true. Can't find it at Knoxville beer stores only liquor stores. Warning not for average beer drinker.

Watching that made me want even more to get that kind of coach again who demands respect and the players want to run through a wall for. Gruden! Can't wait to see his pregame speeches!
