I have a thick dark line between Gruden and coaches I'd be happy with...which actually makes that list "not as happy with", if Gruden weren't involved. What about you?

Exclusive footage. On a Monday Night Football intro, Trico asked Jon Gruden if he knew how to pronounce the the words "Soooooie Pig" and if he really even wanted to know how to say "Sooooie Pig", and if Arkansas had a shot at landing him as their football coach.

Sorry for doubting you earlier. I'm just always skeptical when new people show up claiming to have info. Especially because a lot of the newcomers in this thread end up being Arkansas fans trolling.

It's La Canfora's job to figure out what coach is going where. I never said it was definitely happening but it's not like he just made it up and made a random guess publicly. Given his job and talking to other people, I'm sure he made his comment based on talking to other people about Gruden. It wouldn't make sense for him to make it up for no reason. If I was a sports writer and believed Chris Petersen would probably prefer moving up to a bigger school like Tennessee, I wouldn't make that comment public without actually hearing something. Otherwise you're just making random stuff up. What's the point of paying a sports writer to make stuff up and throw out random ideas? That's what free forums are for.

I agree. I was hoping for some kind of credible source to give me hope again and this guy has. Never know what happens in between. Things I heard from TSR we had no chance in hell. People think on here that nothing is truth unless someone has press conference or someone high up in university spills their guts with media. I dont think Tennessee is going to say anything while Dooley is currently employed with Tennessee.
