If Gruden already has a house in TN...I'm pretty sure he can claim residency. With his current job, I'm pretty sure he can/could live anywhere he wants.

There has been a lot of positive info, so I'm not trying to be a downer...but I find the cost of living and state income tax arguments as fairly weak.

That part seems like a stretch.

He has land not a house, and that isn't how residency works.

Not really, I've known a few Titans players to take a contract here for that very reason.

Happened several times with the Titans.

Also a contributing factor in Paul Karila coming to the Preds several years ago.
