This part has me roflmao!!!

Not directed at you, but anybody that believes EA, TB, TF, etc are solid sources of anything more than rumors, speculation and opinions probably believed every word Stern has ever said.

That's why I added my disclaimer at the end. :hi:

Edit: Though there is a big stretch from tuning into someone who you believe to have sources, passing on information and opinion that they believe to be true, and...

Someone that has admitting to bold-faced lying to you (the public, his audience). It can't help credibility.

Would someone in the media give information they thought had value to another member of the media? Opinions maybe, but information of value?

Yes they do it but it should benefit them in some ways. Giving info to someone to put directly on a message board doesn't benefit he media member. They want and new their name printed on a repuatable site in an official report. It's one of the reasons I thought Dan quoting the nfl guy on here las night wasn't professional. I have a hard time believing he will continue to snoop around for Dan if the info is going to go on a message board.

He's just a young journalist that made a self-admitted mistake. Probably a common move in the development of his profession....now he knows.

Hell, Ainge has been SLAMMING Dooley for weeks now...not that I disagree, but he puts people in humiliating situations too. It's the dynamics of journalism.

That's exactly right Jake. To many freaking Judges round hurr for me.

Do what you do. FTW

I think it's funny how people on here with NO experience in journalism have the audacity to tell Dan how to speak. Whether it's Twitter, or in person. He is his own man.

I'm not very good with people telling me who I should be, and how I should act.

Wow, how did you figure out what everyone on this board has done or is doing in their career choices?

I don't have a personal beef with Dan, I'm going to assume he's a big boy and can handle it. I appreciate his enthusiasm for our beloved Vols.

However, the gigging on Twitter and running back here for support was a very 14 year old move and I believe that's what most of us were alluding to.
