Yep...actually really fine whiskey comes out the still just over 100proof.

Even labels like Makers, Jack, Knob, etc...come out of the still between 110-100 proof. They lose alcohol thru the aging process and evaporation from the oak barrels...ending up at 80proof.

I feel like the season has been over for weeks and we are waiting until NSD. I hope we don't lose Saturday. The only good that would come from a loss is seeing what BS response Franklin would come up with after Gruden is announced. Would be even better if we win so that pr*ck wold be shut up forever and realize he's at the doormat of the SEC.

Most cask-strength whisk(e)y is bottled at around 120-125. In fact, the bottle of Booker's I have was bottled at 130.1.

No way we are waiting til national signing day.

Not only would a new coach bring in a better classy than Dooley but it would be pretty messed up let all of Dooley's recruits believe they'll be playing for him and then fire him right after NSD.

Also, that would mean Dooley knows he's gone so why should he even bother trying very hard to recruit for us?

I don't know why you would think we'd wait til NSD.

The whisky doesn't "end up" at 80 proof from aging in oak, it is still cut with water before bottling to arrive at the desired strength.
