IMO his name gets him in the living room but after that I agree he will have to have the sell job to beat out Saban amongst others.

He really needs some great evaluators of talent on his staff as I fear he will have a significant learning curve in that area.

I heard 3 mill x 5 years.... Of course it could be wrong...

Actually I think it was a little lower.. like 2.87 or something like that... It was more of some type of percentage instead of a solid number if I understood it correctly..
