IMO his name gets him in the living room but after that I agree he will have to have the sell job to beat out Saban amongst others.

He really needs some great evaluators of talent on his staff as I fear he will have a significant learning curve in that area.

New coach/recruiting equally important per Hart. December hire likely per Hart. Recruiting season opens up full bore a week from today. Hubbs/national media confirm Gruden talking to potential assistant coaches in past few weeks. No denials of Grumors by either Hart or Gruden.

Equals announcement coming sooner rather than later.

I am not sure on the evaluation of talent. I am here in Columbia and know that Grahm played key role in getting both Lattimore and Clowney to the Gamecocks.
