Official Jon Gruden Thread VIII

I feel much better about a Gruden led Vol team going up against Saban than what we have had the past 3 years.

Is it just me or is there some ex Doolanders passing through tonight. Must really suck for them the news that came today.

Well, their loss is our gain I guess.

How are you tonight Gman?

Evening Grudenfolk.

Who let the floodgates open?

Almost makes me wish that Hart would have waited a few more days. The natives are obviously restless.

Let them wallow in their ignorance, soon enough, they will be treated to the shock and awe of the GRUDEN hire.

Looks like we have a Gruden hater on here now..This should end well.:birgits_giggle:

I am not sure if they are Gruden haters or Dooley lovers. Now that Dooley has been fired like the OGs have been stating for over a month, the Dooley supporters have to find another cause to ***** about.

Uhhhh... as I said, I thought this was a thread for discussing the pro/cons of a Gruden hire. I have NEVER said we would never amount to anything, I just happen to disagree with the premise that JG would instantly make us prominent.

You thought wrong. Theres a thread somewhere to hate on Gruden Im sure...8 threads of Grudenite love here, and you think youre gonna come tell us how it is...Thats gonna work out well for you. sorry.

Brad Keselowski is drunk on SportsCenter

I saw the same thing. I watched the race and then saw that interview and laughed. I had to call my wife in and show her. I thought he was gonna jumpnoff the stage like someone at a concert.
Ok back to Gruden talk now.

This suggests to me that Hart has told Cutcliffe he is not a candidate for the Vols job. Why else rush out to issue this statement today?

Or maybe it was Cutcliffe's way of reassuring the Duke fans, because they do love him there.
