This is almost wrapped up.

I couldn't believe it when it was first suggested in early September that the lines of communication were open. I remember my first thought was, "intriguing." Well...it has grown from communication to booster meetings to agreements and we're almost there. Nothing is done until he stands behind the podium, but today's press conference was the final signal that UT is answering the call and clearing the hurdles that remained.

We can't let him off the hook - he's almost in the boat! And, he's a big fish. (I couldn't resist)

I remember when and where it started. I was pretty skeptical for awhile. After several discussions and some time going by it became evident it there was something to it.

Seeing them end every post with 'WPS' is the worst. It's so freakin lame.

Lame doesn't even scratch the surface of it.

A razorback is a wild animal, but Arky fans would rather have a domestic pig as a mascot, as evidenced by the WPS cheer. It's beyond me why anyone would select an animal whose sole purpose is to be slaughtered and eaten as a mascot.

I was just posting this so that anyone who has any thoughts left about Haslam wanting Gruden in Cleveland and not in Knoxville would have their mind put to ease.
