I think he might go to AR only because "JON GRU-DEN" fits nicely in their pig sooie cheer. Its a perfect three syllable substitute. . .but so is "GENE CHI-ZIK" so who really knows.

Super Troopers.

Great movie. If you have not seen it is is a must watch.

I was paraphrasing the response from the movie that quote originated from: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (no, not that Depp version).

If you haven't seen it, it is about hope and overcoming insurmountable odds. As Gene Wilder said to Charlie at the end: "Do you know what happened to the boy who got everything he wanted?...he lived happily ever after (with Gruden)"

OK. The first game I can remember is the 1986 Sugar Bowl. I grew up with Andy Kelly, Heath Shuler, and Peyton Manning. I was a freshman at UT in 1998, and in Tempe in January of 1999 at he pinnacle of Tennessee football. I have been and continue to be loyal to my Vols. Please, someone give me some tangible hope that we will come out of this debacle better than we we entered it.

I don't think Gruden will go to Arkansas, because it makes no logical sense. The only reason to choose them over us is money, but contrary to what Grudenville wants to believe, or boosters have plenty of cash too. What makes me sick is that if I picture Gruden turning down Cindy's alma mater to go to Fayetteville and do that embarrassing pig cheer, it makes me feel like vomiting.

To the pig fans, you have a good program and lots of cash to back it up and will get a good coach. But, you're not beating out UT for Gruden, with all of the connections he has to us. And, if he had no connections to either program, you'd still lose this fight. We have the better program. You haven't won a conference title since you got here, and you've only played in the title game three times and were totally destroyed in two of them. You're not Alabama, LSU, or Auburn. You're Arkansas.

Also if we don't have to many draftees it would be like what Urban walked into up in Columbus.IMO

Don't know of posted yet but hearing the announcement will be week if SEC championship. I'm not 100% on that yet, but that's what I've been told as of a few hours ago.

I've been thinking the day before the title game would be a good day, and it's clear I'm not the only one thinking that. I personally prefer ASAP. But, Nov. 30 would be fine.

That is, of course, if we get him. I only have anonymous Internet posters saying it will happen, media members saying it might happen, and a local radio host down here who called it several months ago, to go by.

Here's a good one..

you are not worth arguing with if you do not think that Arkansas at its boosters could not buy ESPN and Tennessee and sell them off to China and create their own sports network.

If you think you could out bid Arkansas, Jerry Jones, Waltons, and the Stephens then you and your whole state is out of their minds.

I think he stays in the NFL.... but you can dream all you want.

Our own AD said he was going to hire an employed coach.

Concerning the BOLD...I have seen this many times and I am looking for a reliable reference.

Nice!

Gene Wilder made the best WW.

He was also in my favorite comedy movie of all time. Blazing Saddles. "The Waco Kid"
