I heard that the plane finally landed in Arkansas. Gruden took the stage, grabbed the mic of the stand, paused for a few seconds and just said "No." Then extended his arm and dropped the mic and walked off.

What happens to all the Gruden threads once Gruden is hired? Do we continue the sequence until the season starts or do we all dispearse and go our separate ways in content? Personally I think after he is hired I say we keep with the sequence but say post Gruden hire ( were we talk about his staff)

Das Grudenthread is all encompassing.

Excellent idea!

I've made a lot of friends and don't want to go our separate ways.:cray:

Feldman admits the Gruden hype, thinks its more likely Smart.

I threw up a little....

A little more positive...:)

I've heard from a source he's curious, but then again, Jon Gruden gets curious about a lot of things. Yeah, UT has some boosters with deep pockets, but Gruden is already making more money than top-line college coaches are making and he's set to make even more. Does he want to go back to coaching and now have to deal with boosters, academic meetings, worries of late-night phone calls of players getting arrested and constant recruiting work beyond just coaching ball? I don't know. It sure would be fun to see. The guy is as charismatic as they come.

My cousin attends CAK. Her dad, my uncle, is one of those who I mentioned before is part of that group that pays well over 40k for their box seats/season tickets. He is connected because of his work to some big names including the Haslems and I had mentioned back in Gruden thread 4 I believe that he was told they were going after Gruden with everything but he hadn't heard of anything being final yet. Well they have text me today that Cindy Gruden is apparently at CAK today. Again, I have no way of confirming this and who knows...could be kids just messing around but just thought I would share. Gruden in 2013!!

What ever happened in Grudenville? Did anybody ever drop the bomb on them that they were trolled? Are there any survivors in the ashes?

Like he doesn't have to worry about late night phone calls of NFL players getting arrested :). Anything would be better then worrying about late night phone calls that Jaworski is coming back to MNF.
